We still need contestants, judges, and sponsors.

LeeAnn Holmes February 6th, 2013

We are almost a month out from the contest and we need your support to make this event successful.  We need contestants from all Winston-Salem area schools to sign up and represent their campus at our event.  If you would like more information about being a contestant, please click here.

We also need judges.  We are aiming for professors and administrators from each campus to make the contest fair for each contestant.  However we would love to have members from the community - especially the arts community of Winston-Salem - helping us as judges.  For more information about judging, please click here.

We really need sponsors.  Our goal is to give prizes to the first, second, and third place winners of the competition.  As a sponsor, you or your organization will be publicly thanked at the event and printed in our program.  You may also display promotional materials at the event if you desire.  For more information about sponsoring or donating to the event, please click here.

With your support, this fundraiser and competition will be a success.  For questions, please email leeann.holmes@salem.edu.  We hope to see you March 9th!

A Change of Plans

LeeAnn Holmes February 11th, 2013

Due to unforeseen and unfortunate circumstances, Rotaract is no longer a host of the art event.  THE EVENT WILL GO ON.  Incunabula has taken over the event completely.  Any funds raised will go to Second Harvest Food Bank.  This change in plans does not reflect a negative relationship between the clubs.

Contestants can now enter without an application fee for a chance to win prizes!

For any questions or concerns, please contact LeeAnn at leeann.holmes@salem.edu.
